Our Story

40 YEARS OF HERITAGE IN FERTILISERS, EVOLVING INTO A FUTURE-READY COMPANY.

Loongsyn Sdn. Bhd. began its journey serving the agricultural sector with fertiliser solutions. Over the decades, the company has grown alongside plantations and planters, building experience through consistent work on the ground. 

Today, Loongsyn continues this journey with the same focus, while preparing for the future with a more structured and responsible approach to agriculture.

1985

Our company started as a handling agent for fertilisers and chemicals of ICI Agriculture Malaysia (1972) Sdn. Bhd. in Sabah.

1996

We became an associate of UMF Plantations Bhd under UMF’s management company, Exotic Fertilizer Sdn. Bhd. (EFSB), investing 60% in EFSB.

2008

We began to manufacture our own range of NPK in Sandakan. In 2011, majority of shares were bought back from UMF and EFSB.

2020 & Beyond

At 40 years old, we are led by Mr. Albert Teh as Managing Director and together with a team of competent professionals, continue to serve more planters in Sabah.
